To help us planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However the deadline is March 15th 2025. We need to provide our venues with total guests count in time manner, we hope you can understand.

When should I start booking my travel?

We highly encourage you to start booking flights as soon as possible. Flights tent to get more expensive as the travel dates get closer.

Can we request specific dishes for dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! Please specify into form what your dietary restrictions are.
